Pam Ferguson

Pam Ferguson is a Georgia native. She has been married to Nick Roberts for 36 years.

She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia. She grew up and raised her three boys in Clayton County Georgia. She practiced family law for 14 years prior to being elected as the Clayton County Probate Judge. In 2025, she retired after 22 years on the bench and moved to Green County.

She is enjoying retirement life. In her words “I enjoy having time for my hobbies, family, friends and dogs. I am honored to be a member of the Circle Ranch board.”
