CIRCLE RANCH IS RECIPIENT OF CHARITABLE GIVING FROM SIOR SE REGION

The society of industrial and office realtors (SIOR) SE Region had their annual convention held at the Ritz Carlton. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.

Circle Ranch was proud to be the recipient of their charitable giving during their convention. The SE chapter raised $9,000 to help the children in our community who are in need of alternative housing. We cannot thank the SE Region of SIOR enough for their kindness for the mission of Circle Ranch.

Circle Ranch Inc. is a 501c-3 non-profit organization in Greene County, Georgia. The Ranch will be a Christ-centered working ranch and living facility for foster children where the children will be given structure, support and love from house parents and staff. It was established because of the lack of foster homes within our county.

Circle Ranch Inc. has purchased a 60 acre parcel of land at 1820 Old Union Point Road in Greensboro. The Land Development has been completed with a new road, water lines, and fire hydrants preparing the way for the first home to be build. We are now are in the final stages of raising funds for that first home. We are very proud to be debt free and will work to continue to do so.

Circle Ranch is proud to have partnered with Families 4 Families as they will be a great support system for our first home and family. Our first home will be to house sibling groups as this need is so desperate within our area.

As costs for building and land development has increased so much over the past few years we still are in need of additional funding to build our first home. If you would like to partner with us in making a donation or volunteering please contact us at Circle Ranch Administration office at 1330 Tal Lewis Road. White Plains, Georgia 30678.
